Gianna, you did a very thoughtful job in your butterfly. I like the colors you used to represent sadness and gloomy-ness. Grayish blue, I imagine, would match with gloomy feels and blue to sadness. I feel this journal entry gave you more knowledge of how life felt like for the kids. My favorite part was your interpretation of "Lights Out" being a metaphor.
